Rules

1. Swimming NSW Swimming Rules and a One Start Rule will apply with all qualifying times being sent to Swimming NSW for ratification.

2. Age is as at the carnival date – 15^th November 2009.

3. Entries: $4.00 per individual swim. Relays $8 per team. Program $4. Normal pool admission charges will apply.

4. Entries to be submitted on Swimming NSW Multiple Entry Cards and must be accompanied by a club summary sheet via your club Race Secretary with cheques payable to Glenbrook Swimming Club Inc.. E-entries are encouraged via admin@glenbrookswimmingclub.com.au. Meet Manager program shell will be available for download from www.glenbrookswimmingclub.com.au.

5. Entries to Race Secretary PO Box 205 Glenbrook 2773. Do not send entries to the pool. All enquiries to Brad Kidd (0413 428 380).

6. All events will be conducted as timed finals. Medals awarded for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd for individual events (excluding Open events). The 9/10, 11/12 & 13/14 year events will receive medals for their own age group for 50m events only. 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd for all Open events will receive cash instead of medals.

7. Ribbons awarded for 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd in relays events.

8. Closing date for entries is Monday 9^nd November 2009. Entries must be received by this date. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Relay entries will be accepted until 11am on the day.

9. Canteen, Coffee & Slushie Van and club BBQ facilities will be available.

10. Meet Director reserves the right to alter the program as required.

11. Swimmers entering in 25m events cannot swim 50m events in that same stroke.

12. Prizes will be given to the first 30 Glenbrook Carnival records broken. Current records listed at www.glenbrookswimmingclub.com.au.

13. Assistance with time keeping by ALL clubs will be appreciated.

14. Events 41, 42, 79 & 80 are all 4 x 50m relays and are multiple age. Relay teams must consist of one of each gender.
