Maya Suzuki competed in the recent School Sports Australia Exchange at Sydney Olympic Park from 11 to 16 June 2006. She achieved a PB and 5th place in the 11 years 50 metres freestyle (30.73 seconds - wow), and the NSW team, while coming first in the 200 metres freestyle relay, were unfortunately disqualified. This is a first for Maya to reach nationals level. |
